       Our Central Oregon Community supplies an abundance of resources for me to tap into.

• When I see a parent or child struggling I will offer what I can, an empathetic comment or a helping hand (not a sidelong glance).

• I respect that there is no one way to parent.Each family has their own way of tackling their hurdles and embracing their resources.

• Asking for help is a sign STRENGTH and I will ask for help when I need it.

• Understanding child development will give me the tools I need to support and ease my parenting journey.
